the room was clean and modern. i had a lovely meal in the restaurant one night. the staff were friendly and very helpful.
the room facilities were disappointing (i wish i had read the reviews more carefully). the room size was very small. there were no bedside lights, since there were no power points near the bed.

I found the room decor quite modern , and the bed provided great comfort. Effective air conditioning ensured a suitable temperature. The wet room shower maintained consistent water temperature and pressure. I liked the excellent food from the pub downstairs , it exceeded my expectations.
The street door to the bar produced a constant banging noise until late , and again early in the morning. This banging interrupted my sleep on multiple occasions.

The hotel's location was wonderfully convenient for visiting Hyde Park. The room offered a super-comfy bed and great air-conditioning. Dining in the restaurant was AMAZING!!! The curry was one of the best I've ever had. High praise indeed!!!

charming staffrunning water outage
the staff were charming a big contrast to the majority of hotels in this part of town the food was also delicious.
i stayed at the hotel in early october 2024 every night the hotel shut off all running water from around 9:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. this meant no toilet sink or shower use during normal evening and morning hours.
