i found the hotel conveniently located for my travel plans. the pub attached to the hotel had lovely, helpful staff (it was quite the scene). the room was basic, yet clean, and met my needs for a short stay. i appreciated the good bus connections from the bus stop right outside, made getting around the city easy.
The room decor seemed a little old. I think it could use an update.

The room featured a television with multiple channels and a coffee maker. Fresh towels were provided daily. the bed was comfortable with clean linen. I slept very well . the big windows in the room let in a lot of natural light.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to assist with directions or recommendations (they even helped me plan a day trip!). they provided excellent support throughout my visit. I had a great experience. the check-in process was quick.

The hotel sits in a vibrant area with numerous cafes and restaurants within walking distance. the bus stop right outside provides easy access to major attractions. It was convenient. i felt safe and secure in the vicinity of the hotel.

The breakfast in the pub downstairs was fantastic. It really set me up for the day. the pub had beautiful engraved interior windows and it was very warm and inviting. the food was very good. I enjoyed my dinner there too.

The staff were very friendly. the room was spacious and very clean!!! i appreciated the very nice food. The prices were reasonable. there was even free limited parking, a real bonus.
i noticed a slight issue, the hallway had a bit of a smell.

The location offers convenient access to kilburn high street. i saw a tesco express. various bars and restaurants very close. the hotel is about 10 minutes walk from kilburn metro stop. This made getting around quite easy.

the shower head was loose so it leaked, i did not like that. there was no mirror in the room, so it's bad. also, pillows are lumpy, bad for sleep
