The location was excellent, near bus routes and a short walk to the tube station. I found the food fantastic. It tasted homemade and freshly cooked. The room included a coffee machine, milk, and water (a nice touch).
The shower temperature was difficult to regulate. It felt near to scolding even on the coldest setting, which concerned me.

the staff was very friendly. they stored my luggage with no issue. i was also pleased with the generous discount at the pub for meals, it helped a lot. the bed was comfortable. it helped me relax after a long day of exploring.
the room lacked sufficient lighting. it was dusty in general, which affected my comfort. i also noticed a very unpleasant smell near the side entry door at the top of the stairs.

i needed to be in the area, so i booked this hotel for its location. it is really in a charming spot with transport facilities close by. it is easy to get to central areas, but the hotel has a village feel. the square at the back felt local.
the single glazed windows did let in quite a bit of street noise.

the staff were efficient and friendly! everything was explained properly. i was looked after very well . the team got me settled straight in.

the room had a nespresso machine with a lovely choice of teas and coffees! the bathroom included quality toiletries. ironing equipment and a hairdryer were available in the room. fans and air conditioning are included.

the room was spacious and very clean. there were large windows and a sash window that could be opened. the bed was comfortable with good quality sheets! towels were of a firm, fluffy texture.

the hotel is in close walking distance to the tube stop. buses connect the hotel to many main attractions! the area had pubs and restaurants! it is easy to get to central areas.

The room was clean. It had all I needed. The bathroom and air conditioner were great!!!
The shower was near to scolding hot even on the coldest setting. A child would have been scolded if used. Nobody asked if our stay was okay at any point. This is the first opportunity to give any feedback.

the staff was friendly ENOUGH.
My room faced a street and it was SO noisy at night i barely slept. Even with earplugs, sirens WOKE me up several times.
