the pool was fine, and i found it easy to get to. the staff were friendly and helpful.

i thought the room decor was dated. the dining room was like a school cafeteria, it had harsh lighting. the food selection was varied, but the quality was not good.

i had trouble sleeping due to the early morning work.

the location was excellent to visit the falls. the hotel staff was very friendly , with everyone polite and kind. restaurant service was amazing , and the food at dinner and breakfast was great.

the air con would not go down past 22 degrees, even though it was 35 degrees outside , once. this seemed like the hotel was cutting costs at the expense of guest comfort. i found it disappointing that no iron or ironing board was provided. they said it was for safety reasons , but this seemed like nonsense since other hotels provide them.
