okay stay overall
good location great room size helpful staff noise isolation vegan options soy milk
the location was good. it was only a few minutes walk to the lake. the room size was great for the three of us. the staff were helpful and booked a tour for us.
the windows were not soundproofed, so it was noisy at night. the breakfast lacked vegan options other than bread and fruit. i requested soy milk but this wasn't available.

central location helpful staff clean room breakfast buffet
I appreciated the central location near main attractions. The staff provided assistance with tours and directions. The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet offered many options, including Vietnamese dishes.
The lift did not reach the top floors, so some stairs were necessary.

Our King Suite Balcony had a balcony. The bed linen was white and fresh. The air conditioning worked efficiently. Fast wifi was available free of charge.

i liked the big room. The room was clean everyday and the bathroom was hygienic. Breakfast had wide options. The location was very good. i had a comfortable stay.

this place is near the lake. Multiple conveniences were around. SIM cards and western cafes were accessible. Vietnamese coffees were available in the area.

the staff communication was good both on whatsapp and in person. They helped sort out our transport. Rosie was available with smile. Mrquang show great attention.
