I appreciate the excellent location up the hill. This offered wonderful views and all-day sun. Rodger is an excellent host, he shared local knowledge and were very friendly. It was great to chat with him. Breakfast was an adequate continental option.
The only minor thing I can say is that the outside area appear chaotic.

The room are spacious. It feature two additional single beds under the sloping roof. I found the king-sized bed comfortable.

The location allowed easy access to the victorian precinct. It was a short walk. scott's brewery was also easily accessible. the host roger was friendly and helpful.
The room felt cluttered and had a federation era smell. It wasn't a pleasant experience

The house features classic 1920s architecture. I enjoyed a lovely dining room, complete with a sea view. The location was fabulous and the outlook was beautiful.
I noticed an intense odor of mildew in the room and common areas. It impacted my experience despite the other positive aspects.
