The breakfast was very delicious. A full Irish breakfast started my day wonderfully. Staff were friendly! The pub connected to the building offered a fun atmosphere, and I enjoyed a pint of Guinness. Free parking made arrival and departure very easy.
The shower was a bit weak. It could use a bit more power.

disappointing room and safety concerns

good breakfastfire safetydamaged hose
the breakfast was good.
The fire safety seemed questionable. there was only one staircase for multiple rooms, and the fire notices were blank. the shower did not work well. The hose was damaged, and i had to fix it to get water out.

The staff was friendly. The pub downstairs was convenient.
The room I got wasn't what I booked. it had only a small window high up the wall. It felt a bit like a dungeon, honestly. Also the shower was weak and quite small.

the staff were very cute, i liked how helpful they were.
The soundproofing wasn't great. i could hear noise from the pub downstairs until late at night. It made it hard to sleep. also, the room i booked online looked different from the one i got. It only had a small window high on the wall.

mixed feelings about my stay

damaged hoseyellow stains
I found a few issues . the shower hose was damaged. it caused water to spray down the wall (a genuine waste, i think). also, the toilet seemed loose. The underside of the seat had some yellow stains. it felt a bit overpriced considering these problems.

The breakfast included a variety of options. i especially adored the traditional irish breakfast, a perfect start to my mornings. the staff offered seamless check-in. the location was wonderfully central. It was easy to explore the local area on foot.
the wifi signal in my room was sometimes a little weak, but it wasn't a major issue.
