The pools were clean and well maintained. The food options were plentiful. I especially enjoyed the steakhouse restaurant. My room was spacious and clean with twice-daily service (it really helped to keep everything tidy).
The check-in process was long and lacked a cute touch. I found some areas needing fresh paint (though I saw staff working on it). The beach had some shells and the ocean was too choppy for me to swim in (i wished it were calmer).

I appreciated the prompt service at the pool. drink orders were fulfilled quickly. It really enhanced relaxation. the room's ocean view was expansive! i enjoyed the clear vista every morning. the dining options offered variety. I found something satisfying each evening.
The check-in process was somewhat lengthy. i waited almost 40 minutes to receive my room key. This was inconvenient after traveling.
