Excellent Stay Near Transportation
transport arrangement food recommendations
Judith provided very informative assistance at check-in. She arranged my transport to the airport. The bartender offered excellent service and great recommendations for food.
The elevators were small and slow. I had to wait a while for one to arrive, inconvenient. Only one elevator serviced the tenth floor.

Breakfast included a decent variety of options. The food was AMAZING!!! It seemed that during peak hours, some items ran out, requiring a bit of waiting for refills, but generally good quality.

The room was close to the Roma metro station. Public transport provided access to the city center within 30 minutes. The proximity to the train station to Sintra was a significant benefit.

surprised by the great value

The room was spacious with an excellent bathroom. Huge twin beds were really comfortable. an employee helped us with the taxi, confirming our destination with the driver. the location was close to the metro. A supermarket was only a short walk away.
The windows are old, so they moved with the wind and made noise. The climate control system did not work. i wish it had been fixed.

The hotel is conveniently near the metro, specifically the roma station on the red line, which makes getting around quite simple. A great addition! a supermarket is nearby too, about two minutes away on foot.

The staff showed genuine friendliness and proved quite helpful. when i needed a taxi, a kind employee accompanied me to ensure the driver understood the destination. I loved that kind gesture.

The room i had featured two huge twin beds. They provided an comfortable sleep. the bathroom was notably big and very clean. a sitting area added a touch of comfort.

The location proved perfect because it was close to the metro. the main intercity train station was nearby too. it was great to have a supermarket only a two-minute walk away. What a nice surprise.

plentiful buffet nearby metro helpful staff
I just left the hotel and i'm already planning my return! the breakfast buffet was really plentiful. I enjoyed a variety of fresh options everyday. the hotel is close to the metro station, so i explored the city with ease. the staff was very nice. They gave great directions and recommendations!
The elevator was a bit slow. It needed some maintenance.
