Our bure had fine lagoon views. The bed was really comfortable. The facilities were excellent. The staff were nice, friendly, and always ready to help.
There were some delays in waiting for buggies to transport us around the resort. This happened mainly during peak hours. Addressing this issue would really .

The staff was very accommodating and helpful, which i appreciated.
The water was not crystal clear as it seems in the pictures. There was only a foot or two visibility in the lagoon. Food was quite subpar compared to other resorts i'm used to, and drinks were limited. Drink service was also very slow.

the lagoon was excellent. it offered a good alternative to a real beach and had free activities. the cultural night was a wonderful experience. the food at the restaurants was delicious.
The resort shows wear and tear in some areas. the bed base had sharp corners that stuck out beyond the mattress. Our legs bumped them. breakfast could offer more variety.
