serene retreat with really good service

i found the gardens and traditional outdoor furniture amazing upon arrival. the central location allowed for easy access to all the island's attractions. pepi provided very helpful advice. i look forward to returning!
i noticed the outdoor jacuzzi was not always available, a bit disappointing.

the staff was very sympathetic and pepi was friendly. he offered valuable advice and gave us a document with activity suggestions. restaurant reservations were handled efficiently and he accommodated our early departure.

the studio provided was well-equipped and comfortable. it was very spacious with a comfortable bed. the room stayed cool at night, which i appreciated after warm days.

the pool and jacuzzi were both heated. the jacuzzi facilities worked perfectly!!! the common garden created a cozy and quiet atmosphere. it was amazing to be there.

Adequate stay. Some issues observed

the location is convenient for accessing different parts of the island.
The room was not thoroughly cleaned. I noticed cobwebs in corners. the pool's jacuzzi function was not operational . also, i found the provided dinnerware to be mismatched.

the pool area was nice. it had a convenient shared cabinet stocked with fresh towels. i appreciated that the cabinet also had toilet paper. other useful items was available too.
the hotel, it seemed a bit worn down. i noticed some cobwebs and a bit of dust here and there. it did appear to be somewhat neglected in places.
