location good, but service lacking

unhelpful staffsmall bathroom

the location near fisherman's wharf was convenient. however, the front desk staff was unhelpful. i asked for a luggage rack, but it never arrived. also, the bathroom was small and didn't have enough space for my toiletries. they charged to much on my card and didn't fix it.
