worn furniture buzzing sound
The location was indeed central. That part was acceptable.
The room felt quite neglected. I noticed worn furniture and a bothersome buzzing sound constantly. it did impact my experience.

charming stay in the heart of the city
soft towels early check-in
The location proved convenient to the main square. it allowed easy access to shops and restaurants. the room featured two balconies offering a unique viewing experience. The towels were really soft. the staff thoughtfully provided the room earlier than the official check-in time.
i found the breakfast to be quite basic. there was nothing particularly nice about the options. it sufficed to start the day, but lacked any special touches or variety, unfortunate.

Central location with amazing views
prime location attentive staff perfect cleanliness good breakfast
The hotel enjoys a prime location right in the heart of the action. My room offered views of the port, sea, and bustling shops (it was quite the sight!). The cleanliness was perfect, and the staff were attentive. Breakfast provided everything needed for a good start to the day.
I did notice there were no tea or coffee facilities available in the room, which would have been a nice addition for an early morning or late-night drink.

The staff was helpful and friendly, especially the general manager. I appreciated their recommendations for local restaurants. I also found the 24-hour service convenient (you never know when you might need something!).

Mediocre stay. Noise and cleanliness issues.
poor breakfast street noise
the room cleanliness was definitely subpar, and that bothered me. there was dust everywhere. the sheets also had marks, made me question how well they were cleaned. the street noise was quite bad, which you'd expect considering the location, i suppose. the breakfast was also underwhelming compared to other places i stayed.

Fantastic Central Stay
central location friendly staff amazing view
The location is excellent. Ferries, buses, shops, and restaurants are just steps away. Staff members were helpful and friendly. I had a balcony room. The water view was amazing from sunset to sunrise.
There are some stairs to reach the reception, but a lift is available.

The hotel is right in the main square. This makes access to all attractions simple. The proximity to the port is a definite advantage for boat trips. I found everything within easy walking distance.

Breakfast offered a good selection with excellent coffee. I especially appreciated the fresh pastries available daily. The breakfast area was clean, and the staff maintained it well throughout service.
