wildlife wonderland!
valley view red squirrels packed lunch
i loved seeing the red squirrels during breakfast! the owners put out nuts and seeds, it was a delight to watch them. our room had a fantastic valley view, we even spotted deer from our window. they also offered a packed lunch, very cute and convenient for our hikes.
the nearest pub was a fifteen minute walk, a small inconvenience. but it was ok.

The location is nestled in woodlands and offers views of the surrounding hills, such a quiet area it is! there are lovely gardens. This is perfect, believe me, amazing.

My room, a double room bath, was clean and nicely decorated! it even had a decent sized en suite bathroom. the bed was comfy and the view was amazing. The best choice i have ever made!

breakfast in the conservatory was extra special, i tell you! watching red squirrels and wild birds feeding was good. the breakfast options were great, so much to choose from. wow!

wonderful wildlife viewing
breakfast variety local wildlife quiet location
the hosts were cute. the breakfast options had variety. i sat in the conservatory for breakfast with views of the garden and local wildlife. the wildlife included red squirrels that came to get food (i saw them!). i had a clean room. the location is quiet. i enjoyed watching birds and squirrels during breakfast.
the nearest pub requires a 15 minute walk. i prefer closer options.

small room lack of soundproofing
The location was quiet and the breakfast was good.
I found some issues first the room felt quite small and cramped it was difficult to move around freely especially with luggage. there was a noticeable lack of soundproofing I could hear conversations and other noises from adjacent rooms and the hallway. This made it hard to relax and sleep well.

peaceful location red squirrels clean bathroom dog unfriendly house dog refund offer
The location was peaceful. The room overlooked the garden. Red squirrels came to feed. The room was clean with a decent sized bathroom.
The guesthouse is not dog friendly. Our dog was attacked by a house dog. It was let into the dining area by mistake. The owners offered to refund the pet charge only.
