The staff were friendly, I should say. The room I had was clean and it had everything I needed. The dinner and breakfast was the best food I had in a long time, it really was amazing!
The hotel was not aware I was coming, oh no! I went to my room, and I found some things missing. There was no bedside table, and the lamp was on the ground, imagine!

this revamped hotel boasts a beautifully balanced atmosphere. elegance meets relaxation, and the decor is stylishly scottish. the rooms are charming, not filled with highland clichés. it is a perfect retreat to unwind and enjoy the fresh air.
the hotel was unaware of my arrival, also my room was missing a bedside table and the lamp was on the floor.

the service felt efficient. i noted friendly staff eager to cater to any need. they were attentive and quick with requests, especially during breakfast service where they accommodated specific dietary needs with ease, a huge plus.

Balanced Experience

The room was clean and had everything I needed. Dinner was amazing and so was breakfast. The hotel setting was peaceful near tourist points.
I found doors locked upon arrival and no staff were available. The bar had very limited stock and nothing on draught. Several things were awry like no light bulb in the bedside light.
