The location was quite convenient for exploring. I found nearby restaurants. Breakfast offered a good selection. The hosts were friendly, and their advice on local dining was helpful. I appreciated the thoughtful recommendations they offered.
The room was a bit warm, and adjusting the temperature wasn't as straightforward as I expected.

Mark and Claire were helpful. They gave wonderful tips on local attractions! Our room was VERY clean and pleasant. Breakfast each morning offered a fantastic choice of cereals, porridge, and a full cooked breakfast.
The shower head wasn't fixed, so I needed to adjust it a couple of times during my shower.

The breakfast included many homemade options to choose from, and all were delicious!!! The dining room offers AMAZING views of the gardens. It was a great way to start the day.

The location was very convinient, I could walk anywhere I wanted. The breakfast was also delicious, it came out quickly. I was grateful for hotel being so close to the Birks and the center of town.
I have nothing to complain about this beautiful hotel.

There was no room service one day, and I needed to request it specifically. The host didn't ask how I liked the restaurant he recommended. the host barely said good morning at breakfast one day. It felt pretty unwelcoming.
