the dive master was very attentive. diving was conducted from a spacious boat, a plus. we saw several family groups of whales during the whale-watching cruise, awesome!
the television in my room was faulty throughout my stay. despite reporting it multiple times and having technicians check it, the issue was not resolved quickly. it took a while for the management to intervene.

My room included a comfortable bed and cool air conditioning, welcome after being outdoors. the tower rooms are amazing. the ocean view room was excellent. I enjoyed seeing cruise ships dock every morning.
