i found the staff quite friendly and helpful . the breakfast had variety, convenient for me. the hotel's location proved accessible to local markets.
the room size did not seem as large as advertised online. i experienced some delays in getting towels after housekeeping. some noise from ongoing maintenance work was present (it was a bit disruptive).

the room was big, it had many useful facilities. the spacious toilet included two separate sinks. i found a useful desk in the room and a comfortable chair.
the gym equipment looked a little used.

the staff was very cooperative and always willing to help. chef sunil kumar constantly looked after customers in the restaurant. ms payal recommended various items from the menu. summit kumar recommended his specialty baked yogurt, a heavenly dessert.
the morning buffet needs to be improved, i found limited options.

i was annoyed by a few things . the room was supposed to be a beautiful twin room but felt smaller than advertised i booked it through a third-party site and the pictures seemed a bit misleading the space felt cramped for two people i also found the breakfast selection repetitive after a couple of days it lacked variety. there were not many changes to the buffet, which got boring fast, it was kind of frustrating to see the same items every morning

I found the food quality amazing. all services were very good. the staff proved cooperative. chef suneel kumar was very nice and cooperative. He prepared any kind of food i wanted. the restaurant was clean. the room was clean as well. housekeeping and laundry services impressed me.
my room wasn't as big as it was mentioned online. i booked twin beds. the service was nice.
