helpful staff luggage storage shower drainage lacking cleanliness
the staff in the restaurant and the concierge helped store luggage prior to my flight.
The cleanliness in the room was lacking. the shower did not drain well. This issue was not fixed although i reported it right away.

Surprised by the Shuttle and Service
shuttle service quiet room
The free shuttle service was a big plus. The room was quiet, and I found the bed comfortable. The location proved convenient, with local restaurants just across the street..
The bus drivers were not friendly. Some front office staff lacked smiles.

free shuttle spacious room efficient service
the hotel offered a convenient free shuttle to the airport, which operated every hour. My room was spacious and very clean, a great benefit. The staff were friendly , and provided quick, efficient service during check-in and check-out.
the location is not ideal if you plan to spend most of your time in the city center.

An okay stay with some issues
room downgrade no gym
The breakfast was very good with a wide choice of food.
On arrival, I learned the room I had booked well in advance would not be the same category because the hotel was full. I HAD to go to the supermarket across the street to buy water. There was no gym.

clean accommodation free water free toiletries hourly shuttle
i stayed for an overnight transfer and the accommodation was clean. there was free drinking water and toiletries available, it was appreciated. the complimentary airport shuttle runs hourly from 6:45 am to 11:15 pm. the uber taxi service worked well and was super fast to the airport the next morning.

the staff at the reception was helpful. the guest service manager assisted with check out and was courteous. i found a noodle station where the staff were patient, i was happy.

free shuttle adequate amenities massive noise rude reception
The hotel provided a free shuttle to the airport. Amenities inside the hotel WERE adequate.
Aircon made A massive noise. Cobwebs was ON the mirror. I asked concierge if i can take a shower when I return but reception said no they can't help, very rudely.
