refrigerator leakage ineffective air conditioner
the location was convenient to shops. that met my basic requirements, i guess.
The refrigerator leaked. It created a small puddle on the floor. the air conditioner was not effective and it made the room uncomfortably hot. i waited for a response, but i received none.

dark room unclean shower
the room was quite dark. i also found the lack of drawers inconvenient. the shower floor seemed unclean. there were a few mold spots on the walls. the bedside tables and bed frame had stains that could not be removed. also the windows had handprints from previous guests.

Excellent Stay with Great Amenities
friendly staff smooth check-in useful fitness center leisure facilities
i really appreciated the helpful and friendly staff. Check-in was very smooth indeed. i also found the fitness center very useful for my workouts. The hotel provided a comprehensive range of leisure facilities.
The pillow was too soft almost nonexistent making sleep a little uncomfortable.

excellent stay with great service
spacious room excellent service convenient location
The room was spacious and very clean. room service was excellent. They always called to ask the best time to return, even if i requested a specific hour, they honored it. the location is also very convenient for getting around (it really is a good hub).
the refrigerator leaked water onto the floor, a slight inconvenience.

the hotel has a gym on the 9th floor with treadmills, stationary bikes, and free weights, so it is well-equipped. there is a swimming pool also located on the 9th floor near the gym. a common room on the 10th floor offers a gathering space.

the staff were helpful and friendly (this made a huge difference). upon request, i received extra towels and a radiator, great. a staff member, shek ping, was particularly friendly.

the hotel is connected to a mall, giving easy access to many restaurants. i noticed a wide variety of dining options, including vegetarian choices. the convenience of having dining options right downstairs cannot be overstated.

the hotel is very close to both the tsuen wan west and tsuen wan metro stations. it is also connected to several shopping centers through covered walkways (very convenient during rainy days). the airport bus stops just a minute's walk from the hotel, so transit is simple.

clean room hotel location numerous amenities
the room offered excellent value , given its cleanliness. plenty of amenities were provided. i appreciated the hotel's location above numerous shops and restaurants , just a short walk from two mtr stations.
the air conditioning unit produced a loud whistling sound , disrupting sleep.
