fantastic experience

clean roomexecutive loungeskyline view

i loved that the rooms were cleaned to perfection every day. i also really enjoyed access to the executive lounge. it had a fantastic view of the kowloon skyline and lots of amenities.

the welcome drink was not available at the rooftop bar , but only at the lobby bar.

the hotel is near shopping areas , restaurants, and a supermarket , which is very convenient. the hop-on hop-off bus stop is in front of the hotel entrance. the underground station is within a short walking distance.

my room had a water filter machine , a great alternative to bottled water. the room was spacious and the staff was super friendly. the view of victoria park was also great , a beautiful sight.

I loved that the hotel rooms have various views. The staff helped me move to a Harbourview room for my daughter. This was really kind! Grace remembered me from my last visit and cared for me at the lounge, which I really appreciated.

I have no complaints.
