My room included a coffee maker and a mini-fridge. I found both useful. The hotel provides complimentary earplugs in the room. They helped block out noise from the street at night. There are vending machines on site. These were convenient for late-night snacks.

the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel is near everything. bourbon street is very close. the hotel was clean. it had pretty much everything within walking distance.
the hidden fees were a primary problem. i paid upfront for two nights. on check out, they charged tax. there was also a $45/night charge for parking.
