the view was amazing!!! i loved looking out over the beautiful green mountains. the infinity pool was the perfect place to relax. the food was fresh. it was very well presented with a great mix of western and sri lankan options. i really enjoyed that!!!
the hotel was quite nice. however, it is too far from the city. pick me or uber drivers don't come out this far to pick you up. i was trapped there! also, if you try to order à la carte, nothing is available. i was pretty disappointed about this.

The facilities felt quite old. the furniture was dated as well. The general impression was not positive. also, the road to the hotel was a separate adventure. It hardly felt luxurious.

The food service was excellent. Every meal included great quality. Lahiru, Wasantha, and Malintha provided really good hospitality. They were always cute and ready to help. Their genuine warmth.

Really good Stay Amidst Misty Peaks

the room size was larger than i expected and very clean. the team there was polite. (the tuk-tuk drivers were friendly too!) they answered any questions i had on the area. nothing was too much trouble.
i noticed a very slight delay in getting some extra towels one evening. it really wasn't a big issue though.

I really enjoyed the buffet dinner (so much variety!). the breakfast was also great. i liked the pork curry and veggie noodles. lahiru kept our drinks full. He was very attentive.

I rested my head in a newly renovated room. its overlook of the hillside felt so romantic. the bathroom was immaculate and provided various bath products. the state-of-the-art shower was my favorite. i dined like royalty each evening because of chef kamal perera. he made delicious curries. The pineapple curry stands apart. he even shared the recipe with me.
it is hard to say anything negative. but the ride up a narrow and risky road was a little inconvenient. i would still go back though.
