Dated hotel with service issues
poor cleaning loud noise
The room was quite old, and the traffic noise was excessive. The bathroom felt disappointing. The shower was oddly placed and didn't function well. Staff seemed poorly trained. Getting a simple request like water took too long, about 30 minutes and several calls. It was frustrating!

colonial charm and prime location
prime location colonial bar attentive staff
i found the location ideal. it was close to the temple and the lake. the hotel has a lovely colonial bar and a big clean swimming pool. staff were very attentive to all my needs.

fresh fruit valuable information historical ambiance
the breakfast offered a variety of options including fresh fruit. the location allowed easy access to nearby cultural sites. michelle at reception provided valuable information and tips ensuring i secured a reasonable rate for a tuk tuk ride. i found the historical ambiance adding character to my stay

large pool ideal location colonial style
the rooms are comfy. they are colonial style. the outdoor pool is large and a nice addition. the location is ideal near the temple.
i had to wait a while for someone from the front desk.
