fabulous poolfriendly staff

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I especially enjoyed talking with Vishwa, Navad, Lochana, and Sarah at the Clipper bar. The pool was fabulous! I also enjoyed yoga and water aerobics.

Bar prices are reasonable for a five-star hotel. Prices are shown without local taxes, and there is an obligatory ten percent service charge.

I appreciated the excellent food quality. The salads and desserts were AMAZING!!! I also enjoyed the gym. Its aqua, yoga, and stretching classes were great.

The all-inclusive option felt very restricted. I was denied even a bottle of water at the bar just five minutes past the 11 PM cut-off time, and I wasn't allowed to pay for it either.
