loud air conditioning sticky silverware
The buffet food was good.
The air conditioning in the restaurant was loud , and a toaster squealed loudly. The silverware felt sticky , and some plates weren't completely clean. It made dining unpleasant.

uncomfortable mattress inconvenient outlet
the hotel location was acceptable. the views it provided was great.
the room had a very uncomfortable mattress. its springs were noticeable and made restful sleep difficult. there also was an inconvenient lack of readily accessible power outlets by the bedside tables. only one outlet existed and it was not near the beds

the breakfast was plentiful. it had varied options.
the room i booked, a double or twin room mountain view, had a disappointing view. trees largely obstructed the mountain. it wasn't what i expected for the price.
