healthy options chef cooking regular room beautiful suite
the BREAKFAST buffet had very healthy options. i loved watching the chef cook there. the gym had really great equipment.
i DID NOT get the room i booked. i paid for a beautiful suite. instead, they put me in a regular room.

attentive staff cozy escape warm atmosphere private chef
this haven was perfect. the staff anticipated our every need. the cinema room provided a cozy escape. fireplaces added a touch of warmth to the atmosphere.
the limited breakfast options were a slight disappointment. still, the chef prepared a delicious omelet.

amazing stay
attentive staff outdoor shower
the staff were very attentive. complementary wines were good. i liked the outdoor shower. they also had a cinema downstairs.
i noticed no turn down service. only basic complimentary drinks are in the minibar. the room was full of dead flies and bugs that weren't cleaned properly.

maintained equipment excellent variety great design considered detail
The team welcomed me warmly and were eager to assist with anything i needed. i used the gym. It had good equipment and was well maintained. breakfast variety was excellent, offering many choices. the hotel design is great. Every detail is considered.
the wine options were quite limited, but still acceptable.

My room had high-quality linens and a very comfortable bed. the bathroom had a rainfall shower and luxury toiletries. Everything was super clean. daily cleaning service kept the room fresh and tidy .

the hotel is set away from the busy areas. this provides a peaceful and private experience. it's still a short drive to camps bay and hout bay. the surroundings feel very serene.

The gym includes treadmills and stationary bikes. The breakfast buffet featured fresh fruit. The chef created varied dinner options, including vegan dishes. I tried the vegan option and found its flavors well-seasoned.

amazing facilities friendly staff intimate concept no turndown service basic drinks no snacks
The facilities were amazing and the quietness was very appreciated. The staff was really friendly, always ready to help. As a solo traveller i did not feel isolated, given the intimate concept of the place. I felt a close connection with the other guests.
I found some minor issues. No turn down service was available. This surprised ME. The complimentary drinks in the mini bar were only basic, soft drinks and water. There weren't any snacks or alcohol available. I expected more choices.
