the staff were very attentive. complementary wines were good. i liked the outdoor shower. they also had a cinema downstairs.

i noticed no turn down service. only basic complimentary drinks are in the minibar. the room was full of dead flies and bugs that weren't cleaned properly.

The team welcomed me warmly and were eager to assist with anything i needed. i used the gym. It had good equipment and was well maintained. breakfast variety was excellent, offering many choices. the hotel design is great. Every detail is considered.

The facilities were amazing and the quietness was very appreciated. The staff was really friendly, always ready to help. As a solo traveller i did not feel isolated, given the intimate concept of the place. I felt a close connection with the other guests.

I found some minor issues. No turn down service was available. This surprised ME. The complimentary drinks in the mini bar were only basic, soft drinks and water. There weren't any snacks or alcohol available. I expected more choices.
