This guesthouse has a great location very near to the train station and a short walk to the town centre. the room was clean. I noted it was warm. the breakfast was good (especially the full english!). the owner was very cute.
i found the instructions for parking a little confusing.

The double room included a private bathroom and basic amenities. It provided sufficient space for luggage and movement, and the bed was comfortable. towels and toiletries were provided. The room had a wardrobe and bedside tables. the temperature was easy to control.

Breakfast featured a cooked english option pre-ordered the night before. the buffet included cereals, fruits, and yogurts. coffee, tea, and juices were available self-serve style. The dining area was clean and well kept.

The guesthouse provides key access for flexible entry. free on-street parking is available around the back of the building. non-permit parking locations need clearer directions (this would make things smoother). there is sitting space at the front of the building.

i found free parking just nearby. the host cooked a very good full english breakfast, so i could start my days well. the location was indeed convenient for walking to the promenade. my room had a huge television, great for evening entertainment.
the room was, although mostly clean, could've benefitted from a bit more attention to detail in certain spots.

the included breakfast was really good! i had scrambled eggs and bacon every morning. the room was clean when i arrived and it stayed that way throughout my stay (a big plus!).
i noticed the tv remote was missing batteries upon my arrival, so i had to ask for replacements. that's all (not a huge issue!).

The location was convenient to the Pleasure Park.
The room was quite basic, I found a broken radiator valve made it impossible to turn down the heat (it was fully on). Seagull noise was constant because I had to keep the window open. I got little sleep.
