i loved the amazing service! the staff were super friendly and very accommodating. they even added balloons in my room for a surprise birthday, what a great touch! the location was super convenient, i could walk to so many places.
I wish the hotel had better soundproofing. I could hear everything happening in the neighboring room, which wasn't ideal! it's really important to me.

the staff was friendly. the rooms are huge and clean, a true delight.
There was never hand soap at the bathroom in my room. I had to use the body wash from the shower every time. the nightclub noise near the hotel each night until 5 am was very loud.

The location was awesome. It was near everything I wanted to see! The breakfast buffet had fresh food. I loved the gluten-free options, too.
Disco music played all night. I couldn't sleep. I asked to change rooms. The staff told me nothing was available.

I found the hotel to be in an amazing location. It was easy to walk to different places for meals. A quick ride via Uber got me to other neighborhoods I wanted to explore. The staff acted very helpful and friendly.
The gym was small and did not have the equipment I needed. My room had a noisy air conditioner. The television remote did not work very well. I had to call several times to get it resolved.
