moldy smellblack filter
I was excited, but my room had issues. the ac barely worked, and i had trouble breathing due to a mildew smell. i found the vent filter was black with mold. They clearly hadn't cleaned it in ages. i checked out early because staying there would be bad for my health. it was a unpleasant experience.

i enjoyed the well-kept grounds. beautiful views from the balcony offered tranquility. the organized tours had knowledgeable guides. i also appreciated the varied, high-quality food. (the selection really surprised me!).
the increase in cable car prices to the lookout seemed a little high.

tired roomsineffective air conditioning
The room allocated was quite far from reception, considering i had mobility issues. the lake view i booked the suite for was obstructed from room 123. the rooms are quite tired looking, so the accommodation is overpriced. the air conditioning was not really effective in the bedroom. service of the room was not until 18:30.
