the staff offered breakfast packs because we left too early in the morning!!! facilities are always clean. beds were comfy and definitely value for money.

the staff stored our luggage until check-in. the on-site restaurant offered friendly service. the train station was a quick walk away. it provided a nice base to explore the berner oberland area.
i found the hotel a bit loud at night. breakfast was alright but could have been better.

the hotel is directly opposite the train station. this location allows easy access to transport. it is also a convenient base for interlaken and lauterbrunnen visits. tickets can be bought in the station office.

the twin room balcony featured ample space and cleanliness. the balcony provided a pleasant addition. the shared restroom and bathroom were always maintained. i safe area .

morning breakfast offered options, including boiled eggs, bread, and coffee. the dining area showcased swiss vintage collections. luggage storage at the train station is available for a fee. the building had a very nice mountain climate.

The staff was helpful. they provided some great ideas about visiting the area. they were very accommodating and friendly. the reception is located in the restaurant downstairs. It makes it easy to check in.
