the bus stop is conveniently located right outside (it made early morning travel easy). the room had a kettle, which allowed me to make tea. the staff promptly sent detailed instructions for self check-in. i found the location perfect for accessing gatwick airport.
soundproofing was minimal, so i could hear other guests.

the LOCATION was definitely a high point. it was SO easy to reach from the airport bus stop. the room was also quiet.
the check-in process felt a little disorganized. i received multiple messages about my arrival time, but there seemed to be some CONFUSION upon arrival. there WAS also only one towel available initially.
