i liked the kind receptionists. every one i spoke with was nice. the hotel had a nice vibe. there were some great restaurants within walking distance (i recommend mama's ramen!).
the staff seemed odd . the neighborhood is not the best. it lacks charm (in my opinion). the hotel had a nightclub on the top floor, and i could hear the bass vibrations from the music.

the room was clean and seemingly well-kept.
i was disappointed by the unannounced deposit of €100. it was charged outright to my card. the refund took days after checkout, not ideal. the access felt strange too, through a dark restaurant smelling of boiled sausages, a far cry from cute. i found the lack of a fridge in the room also quite inconvenient.
