the tropical garden with ITs pools was just wonderful. my kids enjoyed play football on the field. the apartment area felt very comfy and tidy i think.
the bedding was AWFUL it had spring mattresses that moved a lot. there was No clothes washing machine and little crockery.

The pool was clean and well-kept. I noticed a lifeguard present which was reassuring.
The check-in process was really slow. I waited over an hour to get my keys. also, the noise at night was terrible. I could hear music and loud conversations until late. The walls seem very thin.

The pools were great . They are quite close to the beach and bus stops. There were also grocery shops and restaurants nearby. My kids were really happy there!
The WiFi didn't work and no one wanted to solve the issue. We had to be in the apartment for someone to go there, but as it was our holiday, we didn't have time to wait in the apartment.

The hotel is located close to many tourist attractions though the area was busy. Water parks were nearby and my children liked it. The area is good

Check-in was simple. The pools looked clean. Bars are near the hotel yet the nights are quiet. The room was very clean also the facilities looked great.
The room lighting could be a bit better with brighter bulbs.

the pool area was very clean i appreciated that it felt safe within the complex. the location was excellent and close to the beach and supermarkets.
the bedding wasn't great the mattresses had springs you could feel with every movement. the lighting in the apartment was very poor the light bulbs had very low wattage.
