adequate stay with some drawbacks

the noise from the street was noticeable i found it difficult to relax completely the air conditioning unit was somewhat loud it disrupted my sleep at times also the bathroom layout lacked privacy the frosted enclosure for the toilet felt a bit awkward i wish the design had offered more separation

The hotel has a convenient access to tourist bus. The staff are amazing. Our room was quiet. It had an excellent shower. Food was great and had loads of fresh ingredients. I requested for additional choices on the half board. They provided it. The room size was good.
The upgraded room view was not as advertised. It was blocked off. Our room was never serviced before 2pm. This meant that it only got serviced once when we were out all day.
