the room included many windows, so it was airy. i found a large, comfortable bed. the shower was spacious. breakfasts included good quality ingredients, cooked well.
i noticed our room looked dated and in need of refurbishment. the headboard showed signs of wear, as plastic was peeling. the room door required significant force to open and close, which caused a loud bang. this potentially disturbed other guests.

The staff were really lovely and were very good too help us with anything we needed i even had a quick chat with one of the ladies. the food was delicious with enormous portions. I really had a lot of food choices. i also found parking my car super convenient.
the shower thermostat wasn't working correctly, the shower temperature was either super hot or super cold it was a nuisance. i didn't report it as i only stayed one night and noticed it in the morning when i was getting ready.

the curtains jammed. i could not open them for the duration of the stay. the room was stuffy. i could open the windows at night for some air.

The location was great for visiting the auction house. the onsite restaurant offered good food. I found the staff friendly. the room was clean. parking was available.
my room seemed quite dated and in need of refurbishment. the headboard showed some wear, with plastic peeling off. i noticed a crack in the bathroom ceiling, and water seeped in after it rained.

the breakfast was really good, it had everything i needed. the room was quite big, and it was clean, which i appreciated. free parking was available for about 12 cars, helpful.
our room was accessed by two flights of narrow stairs. juggling luggage and carrying the dog was tricky. the bathroom shower took what seemed like ages to produce hot water.
