The location was great for visiting the auction house. the onsite restaurant offered good food. I found the staff friendly. the room was clean. parking was available.

my room seemed quite dated and in need of refurbishment. the headboard showed some wear, with plastic peeling off. i noticed a crack in the bathroom ceiling, and water seeped in after it rained.

the breakfast was really good, it had everything i needed. the room was quite big, and it was clean, which i appreciated. free parking was available for about 12 cars, helpful.

our room was accessed by two flights of narrow stairs. juggling luggage and carrying the dog was tricky. the bathroom shower took what was like ages to produce hot water.
