great location fantastic staff comfy bed
The location was great. It's near the beach. the staff was fantastic. the restaurant was excellent, maybe the best dog-friendly hotel ever. the room was clean, and the large bed was comfy.
i noticed some convoluted passages while getting to my room.

Check-in was fast and efficient! chris, at the reception, was a top bloke. Nothing was too much trouble. he provided good banter with everyone.

dog-friendly hotel excellent location
I really loved how dog-friendly the hotel was. on arrival, i received a pet mat and a dog toy. It was a nice personal touch. the hotel location is excellent near the spa bridge.
the room on the stairway to the rooms has decor that is tired.

Really good Dog-Friendly Stay
puppy blanket welcome staff complimentary treat
The staff made a fuss over us and our puppy, showing very nice warmth. They provided a blanket and toy in the room for our puppy, a thoughtful touch. Complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and cake at 4 pm every day was another welcome treat.
The seagulls were quite noisy at night, disrupting sleep somewhat.

The room was a good size with modern decor. It allowed our dog plenty of space to relax and sleep. The hotel provided doggy treats in the room for our companion.

I enjoyed the free cake and coffee in the lobby each day (a really nice gesture). The breakfast offered a good healthy choice. The hotel restaurant meal was excellent. The staff was attentive.

The location is perfect for leisure trips near South Bay. The hotel is situated at the nice end of the area, close to the beach. Parking is available nearby with a permit provided by the hotel.

charming stay
great location dog toy helpful staff
the location is spot on. it is right by the bridge. the beach is a short walk. i appreciated the dog toy and snuggly blanket provided. it was a wonderful, CHARMING touch. the staff were lovely. they were helpful and available when i needed them.
it was chilly . the bathroom had no heating at all. the bathroom design has no towel hooks. the shower blocked up too.

the room was spacious and clean. all amenities were included. there was also an espresso machine. it was very convenient. the toiletries and ironing station were appreciated too. fresh milk was available in the fridge.

the staff were friendly and helpful. delicious cake and hot drinks were provided daily free. this was a lovely touch. the restaurant staff were great and the menu had excellent healthy options.

great stay!
nice touch fresh milk
the location is excellent near the spa bridge. a pet mat and toy was provided on arrival for my dog which was a nice touch. the coffee machine with fresh milk and bottled water in the room was appreciated! the roomy shower was a pleasant surprise.
the bed wasn't very comfy because the pillows were very thin. this made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. i have paid less and been much happier elsewhere.

Really good Stay!
retro decoration smooth check-in drawer idea italian restaurant
the room was lovely, and the retro decoration demonstrated thoughtfulness. tea and coffee facilities were thoughtfully arranged, and i loved the drawer idea with everything neatly laid out. ease of check-in. the italian restaurant was reasonably priced with friendly staff, in my opinion it was very nice.
the room was very small, and i noticed an unpleasant damp smell in the ground floor lobby area of the block i was in.

the hotel is right next to the beach, providing immediate access for seaside activities. it's also conveniently close to the town center, offering easy access to shops and local attractions. the proximity to the train station is another plus.

This hotel is dog friendly, with a dog showering area that was amazing and clean. Everyone was very friendly. the restaurant and cocktail bar welcome dogs in all areas, and they even provided toys and a dog mat for my pet. free parking is available.
