comfortable room tasty selection poor service disappointing experience
The room was very comfortable. The breakfast combined table service and a light buffet. this worked very well. The tasty selection added to the experience.
I checked in, showered, and went to the restaurant. the restaurant refused to take my order. The waitress proposed crisps.

I had dinner in the restaurant, service came from Kirsty. Food was excellent and plentiful (I couldn't finish it!). The breakfast was extensive and very tasty.

royal stay!
eager staff fascinating stories sweet waitress enjoyable experience
i reminded me of i stepped into a dream when i arrived (honestly!). the staff greeted me with smiles, eager to assist with anything i needed. gordon, the general manager, even shared some fascinating stories about the building's history. elise, my waitress, was sweet.
the restaurant almost did not accept my order, but luckily they came to a solution.
