the room was a lovely size. the bed was very comfortable (i slept like a log). the hotel also provided free on-site parking. breakfast was delicious.
the road up to the hotel was closed, and i was not informed of this beforehand. i had to get directions from a local. the receptionist said the sat nav should have provided the correct information, but i do not have sat nav.

the hotel staff allowed me to order my meal ahead of my arrival. it was ready for me when i arrived. i appreciated that the room included complementary drinks in the fridge. the on site ev charging is a great addition too.
i found that towels were hard. one towel was a little frayed around the edges. the bedroom carpet was stained in several places. the walls were badly marked.

the menu at the restaurant was amazing. i decided to eat there more than once because of that food. the room had everything i needed. the family room was very good, and it included a beautiful bathroom. they are friendly and always helpful.
my towels were hard and a little frayed around the edges. the pillows, especially, i did not like. they were of bad quality.
