decent stay overall

convenient location easy walk tea selection small room faulty blind old wardrobe
i found the location quite convenient. it was an easy walk to the city centre. car parking at the rear was a bonus. plenty of tea and coffee were available in my room.
my room was rather small. the blind was faulty, so i blocked the light with a coat and scarf. the en-suite was modern, but the room needs a new wardrobe.

thin walls constant noise
the room included a good shower , which i found acceptable.
i didn't like how thin the walls were. i could hear everything happening outside my room, even normal conversations and footsteps. the constant noise made it hard to relax or sleep properly. also, the lack of staff after 6pm created a security issue , i felt uneasy knowing there was no one available if needed.
