Joan welcomed me warmly . The location was close to shops. Restaurants and pubs were in perfect proximity. The walk to St Non's offered scenic views.

Breakfast was constrained to a limited time slot for all guests. Towels looked not clean. The staff seemed less helpful than expected.

the staff were friendly, it's true, and the breakfast was decent (especially the scrabbled eggs).

My room was quite small, and the bed felt old. It was soft and uneven. overall, the comfort wasn't what i hoped for, especially considering the price i paid for the room. (i really expected better.)

The hotel location was great near the main shops. It stood just a few blocks from the castle. It was a convenient spot for exploring the town and nearby attractions. The hotel felt rather cute and quaint too, a little old fashioned.

My room was small for the accommodation price. Also the bed was soft, uneven, and noisy. i'd say the comfort was not quite what I expected, not for the room rate I payed. I think the value did not quite match the cost, sadly.
