Very nice Views and Great Amenities!

I stayed overnight before heading into Mt Cook National Park for some hiking. The dorm room had its own sink and toilet, AMAZING! Beds were comfortable. The common lounge and kitchen area was very large. Preparing and storing food was EASY.

The location is just unique with Mount Cook in front of the windows, and all paths start close by the centre. Pukaki lake is also five minutes from the rooms. You can easily access Mount Cook village.

The hotel includes grills and a kitchen with hot water, all nicely equipped. The cafe is attached to the office and does good food. You can store food EASILY.

The location provides close proximity to Lake Pukaki. The dorm had an in-unit toilet and a sink. Comfortable bunk beds included full linens.. a bonus.
The common kitchen area did not always have proper ventilation.
