The staff helped store my luggage. They assisted with getting a taxi too. The location was GREAT. It is central, yet quiet, and near Metro/Tram and Bus routes.

The location proved convenient. Many attractions were within walking distance. Staff members were consistently friendly, and always available. The room included plentiful towels. That was convenient.
The Wi-Fi required repeated logins, each time requiring my name and email. That became slightly annoying.

The breakfast included a decent selection. Its location is near two metro stations. A supermarket is very close, that helped a lot.

the front desk staff were top notch. i checked in after 6pm on september 26.
lots of stairs led to rooms and nobody offered help with my bags. the bedroom and bathroom were dirty. bedding consisted of flat sheets used as fitted sheets and top sheets, without a duvet or blanket. the kettle in my room had so much calcium buildup it left sprinkles in my tea.
