Excellent Hotel Stay
smooth check-in friendly staff comfortable bed
The check-in process was smooth and the staff was friendly. They were helpful. The room had a comfortable king bed and was clean. I appreciated the balcony. It's a short walk across a bridge to get a river taxi for 20 TBH. I would stay here again. It was a good experience.
The hotel is a little bit away from bars and restaurants.

The hotel offers a pool and a gym. There is also a cafe, a bar, and breakfast available, though I did not utilize the breakfast buffet. The pool area seemed great! though I did not have the chance to use it.

The location was convenient next to the river, offering easy access to river transport. It's near the river taxi. It is accessible via a short walk across the bridge. It was very convenient. I recommend this location!

cleaning staff late service
I was surprised that the hotel only had three cleaning staff (for this size of a place?). My room didn't get serviced until I asked about it at 10:30 PM. Someone from reception finally came to clean it.

superior room clean room quiet pool
i spent four nights in a superior room. the room got cleaned daily and kept tidy. the breakfast had different options daily too. the pool stood out for me it was quiet and relaxing.
the surrounding traffic made it difficult to negotiate sometimes.
