The corner suite provided good river views. The hotel has a good grocery store connected by a mall. Breakfast features more variety compared to others. Staff members were helpfull.

Insulation isnt good. Air conditioning is too loud.

This location is near a very good food market. I find good spa, cafe, and restaurant selections near streets. The hotel is also very near sathorn pier. I can ride the ferry to icon siam.

I found the location to be ideal because of the proximity to the pier and skytrain, it was convenient. i was charmed by the size of the room, my family suite had a wonderful amount of space at 90sqm. i really liked the super friendly staff. Their kindness elevated the quality of my stay.

the air conditioning unit made too MUCH noise, which slightly bothered me at night.

the location was great (close to the pier). the staff were also friendly and helpful.

the balcony i expected was not usable, it housed a noisy air conditioning unit. i couldn't sit there and the noise was very disruptive, even inside the room. it was a major letdown because i chose the hotel partly for the balcony.
