public transport convenient access microwave
the location features convenient access to public transport. i walked directly into a mall from the hotel. the room had a refrigerator and a microwave.
the air conditioning made a noise.

excellent location modern equipment nice kitchenette
the location is excellent with supermarket just downstairs. the rooms has also a nice kitchenette. it had a rooftop pool i enjoyed. the gym has also modern equipment i used for my trainings.
the hallway had a slight chemical smell the first day.

the breakfast buffet included many options with local and international dishes. i found fresh fruits and pastries. the restaurant staff provided quick and efficient service.

helpful staff convenient washing machine excellent playroom
I found the playroom excellent for children. The staff WERE courteous and helpful . A washing machine in the room proved very convenient for doing laundry.
The air conditioning unit in the room made slightly more noise than i expected.

The corner suite provided good river views. The hotel has a good grocery store connected by a mall. Breakfast features more variety compared to others. Staff members were helpfull.
Insulation isnt good. Air conditioning is too loud.

This location is near a very good food market. I find good spa, cafe, and restaurant selections near streets. The hotel is also very near sathorn pier. I can ride the ferry to icon siam.

great experience in the city
ideal location spacious room friendly staff
I found the location to be ideal because of the proximity to the pier and skytrain, it was convenient. i was charmed by the size of the room, my family suite had a wonderful amount of space at 90sqm. i really liked the super friendly staff. Their kindness elevated the quality of my stay.
the air conditioning unit made too MUCH noise, which slightly bothered me at night.

the location was great (close to the pier). the staff were also friendly and helpful.
the balcony i expected was not usable, it housed a noisy air conditioning unit. i couldn't sit there and the noise was very disruptive, even inside the room. it was a major letdown because i chose the hotel partly for the balcony.
