acceptable stay overall
convenient location friendly staff good restaurants old furniture small lizard tissue paper
the location near the bts station proved very convenient. the staff were friendly and helpful . i found three good restaurants inside the hotel with tasty food.
the room i stayed in seemed a bit old. i saw a small lizard inside the bathroom. also there were some tissue paper bits scattered around the room.

convenient location breakfast buffet peeling paint long wait
The location was convenient with easy access to transportation. the breakfast buffet on the top floor offered nice views. I appreciated the atmosphere. the staff were great. the restaurant is on the 35th floor, so views were good.
the room i had showed signs of wear. the flooring was lifting in places and made clicking sounds when walked upon. the bathroom also had plaster blistering with peeling paint. there were only two lifts available and i spent considerable time waiting.

the location was convenient near the metro station.
the elevators were a real problem. waiting took ages, and it made getting to the restaurant difficult. it really impacted the stay.

The location proved convenient. It was easy to navigate around. the rooftop bar and pool provided panoramic views, i found them fine. the breakfast room, located on the 35th floor, gave a good start to each day. the staff were consistently pleasant and helpful, which i greatly valued.
the room looked a bit dark, i think better lighting would have been a significant improvement.

The room had great views and a king bed, providing comfortable rest. It felt spacious and well-kept. complimentary toiletries were provided daily, which i found thoughtful. They included shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The staff were consistently polite. They provided prompt assistance whenever i needed something. check-in was quick and efficient, which i appreciated after a long journey. concierge services were available 24/7, offering help with transportation and local attractions.

city views taxi service excellent location
I noticed its location was near the bts. the rooftop pool offered superb city views. I liked this. the front desk arranged a taxi to the airport at 5 am. It was smooth.
the elevators seemed uncoordinated, causing occasional waits of up to 8 minutes.
