the location near the bts station proved very convenient. the staff were friendly and helpful . i found three good restaurants inside the hotel with tasty food.

The location was convenient with easy access to transportation. the breakfast buffet on the top floor offered nice views. I appreciated the atmosphere. the staff were great. the restaurant is on the 35th floor, so views were good.

the room i had showed signs of wear. the flooring was lifting in places and made clicking sounds when walked upon. the bathroom also had plaster blistering with peeling paint. there were only two lifts available and i spent considerable time waiting.

The location proved convenient. It was easy to navigate around. the rooftop bar and pool provided panoramic views, i found them fine. the breakfast room, located on the 35th floor, gave a good start to each day. the staff were consistently pleasant and helpful, which i greatly valued.

the room looked a bit dark, i think better lighting would have been a significant improvement.
