sunset boat ride morning yoga
the staff went out of their way to. i also liked the included sunset boat ride. the morning yoga was a great way to start the day. tea service was nice too.
the wi-fi was slow!

untrained staff poor responses
There was no bar on the premises. The staff seemed undertrained. Responses to pre-stay questions were also quite poor. The boat ride broke down, and rescheduling was difficult. A wedding party had priority.

scrumptious food clean room friendly staff
the food IS scrumptious and the rooms ARE clean. the location HAS various activities. ALL staff serve with a smile, especially animon, who is friendly. staff captured my beautiful memories during the sunset cruise. i found service excellent right FROM front office to the restaurant.
i felt THE boat ride broke down, disappointing.

the food OPTIONS OFFERED a good variety to suit different tastes. the breakfast menu HAD variety and i really enjoyed it. the food SPREAD catered to all tastes. the A la carte lunch and dinner menu offered many choices.

the resort IS beautifully maintained with scenic views of the backwaters. a serene pond AND a lovely park area add to the charm. there ARE facilities LIKE a swimming pool, fishing, walking trail, gym. indoor games are AVAILABLE for entertainment.
