This hotel has beautiful grounds. the staff helped me book a tour to angkor wat and sunrise viewing. It was convenient. the spa was excellent. i had a wonderful time!
the absence of a dedicated bar area was slightly inconvenient because it limits options for evening relaxation without dining.

Really good service and beautiful amenities
attentive staff skilled therapists
The staff were attentive. They anticipated every need. I enjoyed a massage at the spa, and the therapists, Yaya and Dany, were highly skilled. The hotel also arranged a tour of Angkor Wat with Senit, a knowledgeable guide,.. making the experience seamless.
The lack of a dedicated bar area was noticeable. There was no comfortable space to sit in the evening without dining. The food served at dinner was not consistently good, disappointing. This impacted the overall evening experience.

The breakfast buffet featured a chef station. Noodle soup was made to order. I am gluten intolerant so the kitchen thoughtfully prepared gluten-free bread. This level of detail made the mornings more enjoyable.

The room was large and well-appointed, containing a very comfortable bed. The bathroom design was luxurious, equipped with a stone bath and rainfall shower. This provided a very relaxing experience.

The place is beautiful and comfortable. I booked a room with pool access. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast offered a good selection. The spa was amazing. The spa manager was very skilled. All staff members were helpful and always smiling. Sky at reception was helpful with my questions.
I found that the bar area was absent. There was no dedicated space to relax in the evening unless dining at the restaurant. It limited options for unwinding after a day of exploring. The food did not motivate me to eat in the restaurant.
