Excellent Stay with Wonderful Staff

The staff provided great service. They were very friendly and accommodating. I found that anything I needed was already provided with the room. Friendly tuk-tuk drivers were easy to find near the hotel. The pool area was awesome.
I noticed that the lunch menu had a limited selection and seemed pricey. I hope they can expand the menu to include more options and adjust the prices to be more competitive.

I found the staff attentive. they quickly learned my name, which i appreciated. the breakfast buffet was extensive, with many choices available (i particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit). i also used the laundry service. It was prompt and well done.
the gym equipment was a little dated, but i still managed to get a good workout.

The staff offered fantastic suggestions and direct support with tours. I felt right at home thanks to the really good service from all staff, especially Kimsinh. The room featured perfect air conditioning. This was very important . The swimming pool had both shallow and deep ends, such a treat!
I found the gym equipment was slightly outdated.

The room was spacious. It had a king size bed, a hanging swing sofa, and a dining table. There was also a large balcony (I spent a lot of time there). Everything looked well thought out for comfort. I especially enjoyed the pool, massage, and food selections .
The towels in the room were a little worn.
