the staff seemed considerate, a quality i did adore. the inclusion of massages in the price did surprise me. the tuk-tuk service was very helpful for getting around.

my room seemed to lack proper soundproofing. i could hear noise from the street quite clearly. the food i had seemed tasteless and somewhat disappointing. the presentation of my meal was fairly boring, i felt.

the hotel offered a free tuk-tuk service to the city center, that was very helpful. the breakfast and pool were my favourite parts of my stay. every staff member at the hotel was attentive and responsive, and i really appreciate that.

The food wasn't good at all. the presentation was boring and it was quite tasteless. my view was of a wall, a bit dissapointing. i could hear furniture moving and street noise clearly. The rooms weren't sound proofed properly.

The spa experience was excellent. the junior suite was spacious with a lovely private terrace. laundry service was complimentary too. It was nice to return home with clean clothes.

the room i stayed in lacked soundproofing. i could hear furniture being moved and street noise, disrupting the otherwise peaceful atmosphere.
